Thanks. Under My Account > ?
Checked each section and cannot find anything related.
I have Dashboard, Bills & Payment, Manage Package, Account Details, Sky Go
Under Manage Package > Sky Box.
Not showing anything either.

It is under Dashboard for me, this pre-order is likely only for customers with Vodafone TV too though.

Ahh - Must only be for Vodafone TV customers for now. Thanks

Sorry, should have said I'm a Vodafone TV customer so maybe it's only for us at this stage - the email I got with details of the new devices did say pre-orders start from 12th October which is why I checked this morning. Have ordered the pod.
Note that the discount expires on 12th October 2023.

Yeah, it's a 12 month discount from the day you redeem it. The link below says it must be redeemed by 30 November.

Also hopefully the thing just works and isn't a complete nightmare to get going as it's likely to arrive during the middle of the World Cup. Will be seriously annoyed if there end up being days without the service (though I suppose Sky go should still work then).
Latest news from SKY the SKY Pod will be on Android 11 but will support updates, and it will have 3GB of available memory for additional apps.
Also you need to register interest for the Sky Box, at https://newskybox.co.nz/, if you want to be notified when the Sky Pod is available.
Apparently Vodafone TV users who are not on Sky will be notified by email with the options and will be required to take out a Sky Subscription to use the Sky Pod.
Also the one off fee of $100 for the Sky Pod and $200 for the Sky Box apparently gives you a lifetime replacement warranty.

Another thing to note is that I have just received an email stating that the new pricing starts once I receive and activate the new device which will come "in November." As my billing date is the 19th of each month I assume I will pay another 2 bills at my old price before getting the new device activated. If that happens then I'll be requesting the discounted price be extended so that I get the promised 12 months, rather than it expiring 12 months from the pre-order date.
They have not Migrate my account over to sky and i keep getting transferred between sky and vodafone.

Regarding the new sky box. If you pay $200 this does not include future box upgrades, but the $10 monthly fee does include upgrades. I am wondering which is the best way to go.?
If you pay $100 for the SKY POD, do you own the device? So if I leave SKY TV will I keep the SKY POD or will I have to return it? If I need to return it do I get refunded my $100 back? If you need to return it and don't get the $100 back why should you pay $100?

these are very good questions for a piece of hardware that is probably only worth about $100 if sold in the retail market.
