JPFX: Any ideas to try?

Call Sky. They've come out and installed a new LNB for your multiroom setup, and you're paying them a big handful of money each month to provide the multiroom service, which only works in one room at a time.

AFAIK they provide the gear, and if doesn't do what it is supposed to, they come and fix it. It's all part of the fee you pay each month.

+1
You're paying for multiroom so get them to fix it.

Edit: Spelling.

Hi,
It's been a while but I finally got the sky people out last month and they couldn't fix it. What should I try next?

Unacceptable.
You are paying for Sky Multiroom and they can't make it work?
Ring them back and demand they make it work!! It's their problem.

When you say you got the sky people out, was this via a phone call to SKY or to a 3rd party aerial installer who says they install sky?

I find it a bit off that they cannot fix your issue when your clearly a subscriber and paying for multiroom.
Please elaborate on what the tech told you.
