I would bet its a Spark issue. they had an issue with youtube a while back. they fixed that but...
Watchme(NZ) , Vimeo etc still have that same buffering issue that youtube had (for me) , making those unwatchable .

 

 

 

 

And I would bet it's not.

As per an earlier post, I'm not on Spark.

 

I noticed that there had been a few new drivers released for my ASRock Beebox - I have updated those, but no change.

While watching a show this afternoon I could see during one episode - just for an instant - the word 'Buffering' appear.

I'm sure you have tested this - but is the issue on PC or other devices as well as the W10 device?

In the last few days  I have started having intermittent pauses on lightbox on my ps4 throughout episodes, haven't tried any other devices yet as it's usually only a few seconds before it comes back. I'm on vodafone 50Megabit cable.
