The same thing started happening here about a week ago. Re-adding the lost series doesn't seem to work. I suspect the problem is actually with their EPG... every time I look at the Guide, it first tells me there's nothing, then a couple of seconds later it refreshes to show me the programs.

My guess is that Sky pushed out an update which contained a bug.

Not sure if it's related but my box is currently only recording half of the shows I've scheduled to record. Luckily most of what I watch can be streamed.....

On the flipside my MySky HDi gets a hammering recording at least 20 things a week and I've never had any of these issues with lost scheduled recordings etc, (or any issues at all actually!) Our unit is the same one since we got it when first released, (and that's what.. 8 years ago now?)  We never turn it off so it runs 24/7... wonder if that makes any difference.

FWIW, I got my MySky box to download the latest update and the recording problem appears to be fixed.

title=Searching ...  date 01/01/12 pm  ?? no channel shown or any other info it is right at the end of the list to be recorded and stays there all of the time.
