On behalf of my wife (I don't watch much TV anymore):

The majority of future-scheduled recordings on our MYSKY are series-linked programs.  We just noticed there are no future recordings scheduled.  While the solution is fairly easy - manually add them all back in (trying to remember them all) - has anyone else had this happen?

Reboot the mysky and it will relook for the series link episodes. (assuming you still have one of the episodes with the series link icon still on them)

Easiest way is to turn off the box at the wall wait 30 seconds and reconnect.

There was nothing at all - no programs set to record.  Almost all the programs that should have been there were because of series-links from past (i.e. recorded) episodes.  All existing recordings appear to be intact.  I am assuming here that data about future recordings was actually lost at some point so unless there is some way of recovering that data (unlikely), its gone.  So the workaround is to manually set everything up again.

Just read the complaints on SKys Facebook page, losing everything in the planner is a very common thing. Of course Sky won't admit that its a software bug..

I thought I was the only one, some will link ok others will not, I contacted sky and they say do manually ??? also they have no control on majority of programs. programs listed in the Listener are not showing up on planner, I stuck with sky through the fiasco of the "upgrade" but they need to get their act together and kick a few bums, I am also with Vodafone and inquired about the $10 discount = zilch.  How are they still in business

I forgot to add that I have rebooted twice  no change

There are posts on the Facebook of SKY TV every day about people losing scheduled recordings in the planner. Its a bug. Sky won't acknowledge it.

You will get a reply from Charlotte at sKY telling you how to do a box reset. About time that someone went on Fairgo about it.

set a manual recording?

Via the app on my phone, I went through and set up all the shows I wanted to record. Later, I went into Sky on the Tv to set up the series links but they were already there.... I don't think it's a functionality that the app has so I'm not sure why the series links came back, unless all my bookings just came back.
