John Fellet  of Sky said during the Skodafone merger that he would love to kill SkyGo.  2% of use and 90% of complaints.

I can see that. It seems many seem to hook it up to a TV? On my iPad it works fine, and great for when I'm on the GO. I feel many use it not on the go, to a telly, and then its a bit lame, but thats not the purpose.

I guess people without Sky might be using a friend or family members account and putting Sky on their TV's cheap or free.  You could in theory share your sky go 5 times for a small fee and subsidise your sky bill.

I don't do this at all btw.

Isnt that what sky multi-room is for?

5 separate devices but only one viewing at a time, so you couldn't have 5 connections, and it only shows some movies, sports and a few TV programmes.
