YAY I checked when I got home last night and yes it is cancelled. To say sorry they have applied a credit to my account and I can use the Set Top box free for three months and record etc the Free to air channels.

 

That is a generous move and helpful while I sort out alternatives going forward.

 

Good result in the end even if it required pain to get there.
