are all your evening/night signal strengths the same as the daytime?  13db+?

My stats tonight:

New mysky box (no idea what model this is)
- Signal Strength = 56dbuV
- Signal Quality = 14.7 dB

older original MySky Hdi decoder
- Signal Strength = 61dbuV
- Signal Quality = 12.9 dB
