I definitely ordered through the promotion. They had a massive banner on the top of their site. Clicked that then choose mysky and did the rest of the order details.

Niel: It might be that the install was booked without the promo stuff and the customer service rep thought you wanted to add the free stuff after the fact (as you you forgot to mention the promo at time of booking so did not get it). In that case the rep will not credit you after the fact.

I'm not saying that you forgot to ask for it, just saying what the person might have though when you phoned asking where is your free stuff.

How was i able to watch the SBW fight without physically booking it myself then?

So either:

A) They are refusing to credit me the SBW fight as part of their promotion
B) They booked it for me without my permission and are charging me for it

Both cases are illegal?

freitasm: Still, the CSR should know and clearly tell the customer what, how and when.

No excuses there.

Agreed, but we don't know for a fact that they didn't try and explain it clearly though, do we?  "I can't credit your account (because the credit will appear on your next month's bill)" is easily confused/misconstrued as just the first part.

The lady i spoke to never said anything about the next billing month. She kept saying its not possible to credit me for it.

I believe this will be credited in the next bill.

When I signed up had free PPV movies, which showed up online as a line item and was credited in the actual bill for the month.
