The specific problem you are seeing is because you haven't installed the BDA/DVB hotfix listed under "required updates". Please follow the instructions here:
ok Try this. Go to the scanning section in TV server. Delete your tv.log file from your tvserver logs folder. Do a scan, let it finish. Upload the tv.log somewhere we can see it.
