How does one take advantage of the code. Do we call and quote it to the operator?

Had a salesman come around last week Offered, Either SKY with Two premium Channels or One Package with Mysky for $46.12 a month for 12months,

Not sure if this was specific to my area or if its a nationwide deal but we decided to re join after having 12months without it

I think it is a way to get you hooked, as they would expect most people to continue with the sub at the full price after the prmo price has ended. Newspapers do the same thing. If I was an existing loyal customer I wouldn't be happy that new customers are only paying half price, but many probably wouldn't know.
