If they waited till they had full device coverage before launching, then they would still not be launched.
No streaming video company in history has launched with full device coverage.
Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, bbc iplayer, Quickflix, etc etc all launched on browser, then slowly added device coverage over many years.

I'd rather pay for a lesser content library on the big screen than take up free more extensive content on my PC.
Lightbox say in a "few months" they will have move device information. I'm sure I heard a Lightbox rep say the same thing on a NZ tech podcast some months back.
The juggernaut of streaming is coming and if LB don't move quickly to gain first mover advantage it will be game over. Personally, I hope they put in whatever extra is required in the next few weeks to do so.
They may have a suicide wish, but hopefully there still may be time to talk them in from the ledge.

Since they were on nztechpodcast they have launched on PS3, ps4, Samsung smart tv, samsung tablets.
Chrome cast is confirmed to be coming verysoon.
That will basically cover a huge proportion of the population. I'm guessing next would be Xbox, lg and Sony TVs.
After that, doing the rats and mice of devices that virtually nobody has like Panasonic may not be worth it.
