Hi, I'm still not seeing anything other than version 1.8.06 on my Samsung UA65KS9000 TV, any idea when it's coming? The TV's getting firmware updates for it's own OS no problems, Netflix etc all works fine and the TV is cat-6'd to a fibre connection.

We're having issues on our Apple TV.
It's happened a few times since we've had lightbox but it has got worse in the last few weeks.

First issue is the app being unresponsive if it has been open previously, it can take about a minute for it to come back or sometimes it will just crash back to the home screen.
If you make sure the app isn't running first then it works first time every time.

Second issue is random errors while watching a show.
It suddenly stops and says there was a problem and try watching again later or try another show.
The error number is -11853.
You can just play the same show again and it will carry on from where the error happened.

All TVs are getting an update in the coming week.

The Apple TV crash has been identified and is being fixed. No ETA on the release date yet, but shouldn't be too long

Also with the ATV, some shows it auto-remembers where I am up to on each episode (E.g Harlotts, Handmaids Tale), but others (West Wing) it goes back to Ep1 S1 all the time, whats up with this?

Updates:

All Smart TVs have had a new version released (2.2.03), which should hopefully fix a bunch of stuff.

Apple TV fix is being worked on. Still no ETA, but will let ya'll know when I know :)

Yes I forgot about this one, it happens for us too, none of the shows remember what Season/Episode we are up to!

I can't access light box at all on Apple TV. Hope update is not to far away.

Just getting yellow screen, lightbox in middle and the circle below lightbox wording just goes round and round with nothing happening. Have had it sitting on this screen for over 5 minutes, it's completely dead.

Version 2.4.1 Updated 14/08/2017

Edit, it won't load on my iphone either, it comes up after a few minutes, "You're off line please check your internet connection", yet Netflix loads up fine so my phone is not off line at all.

Light box playing fine in web browser, and apple phone and TV are on device lists in there.

Think I found the bug,

It looks like iphone or Apple TV won't connect with Lightbox if the other is using the same wifi network. Not sure, just when turned one off the other started working, and when wifi turned off on phone Apple TV started working.

The app is still getting lots of errors after the latest update.

On the Apple TV it will randomly come up with an error message about playback failed but no error number is given anymore.
Strange thing is that if you leave the error message on screen for about 5 seconds the show starts playing again in the background!

Yep we had a minor system hiccup. Should be back on track now.

Lightbox is crashing immediately after opening on new Apple TV 4k. Haven't even been able to sign in yet.

Hey George, just letting you know that it seems to be working now. I managed to log in then got another crash. Launched the app again and haven't had any trouble since. Watched Better Call Saul with no problem.

FYI all, we launched a new Apple TV build the other week, and Samsungs have been updated this week to stop users getting caught in an Offline Error loop (after the TV has been put in standby)
