Dolts: Works perfect on Snap! adsl2.
My only question is: Will there be TV support for SmartTV's? I love my Netflix app on my TV.
BigHammer: Nothing in the inbox or in the junk folder, my invite must also still be enroute!
Looking forward to an opportunity to take this for a test drive, especially seeing the list of shows in the initial offering. A good start anyway.

Ditto.
How far away is launch? I have a short attention span when waiting bored and something newer and shinier will be along soon... :P
A beta launch of the service was also announced today. A selection of New Zealanders will now be invited to trial Lightbox and watch some great TV, ahead of an expected full launch toward the end of August.
We'll be adding more devices to our line up pretty quickly, with particular focus on big screen devices to get our great content onto you TV.
What's the make and model of your TV?
Sony Bravia
mrtoken: Ok found 2 bugs already
1) I was able to by passing the credit card part and still have an active sub
2) when sending to airplay if you turn the screen off on your ipad the stream stops, you have to leave the screen on which just drains the battery.
Lightbox: Please let me know if you've got any questions, feedback or comments - especially if you're one of the people invited to our beta.

1) Pretty sure we've got that one logged already, but I'd be pretty eager to get some details if you're willing to share?
2) It's in our backlog. I agree that it's a nicer experience to persist it.
Please do keep me posted on anything you come across...
Lightbox:charsleysa:
Is it in any way possible for you to change how device restrictions work do it works more like Netflix?
The way Netflix does it is by not bothering to register the device but to monitor the number of simultaneous streams from the account.
TThat would be a better solution and way way smoother for the viewer, I hate services that require per device registration then require me to wait 30 days to change it.
Until you change your policy I'll be sticking with Netflix.
Netflix has device limits, it's a general requirement from content providers.

Are you experiencing heavy load at the moment? Can't seem to play anything now...
Also, when using IE11 the warning for mixed content comes up when trying to play a show.
