Strange - can you confirm the app version number you have installed? And I presume you're on a Gen 4 Apple TV? Or is it a 4k?

Just a Gen 4 Apple TV.
How do I find the app version number?
As I said I did delete it and download it again from the app store last night, so I assume that would be the latest version?

I have been having trouble with the iphone app over the last week, where it won't complete loading past the splash page, and has a white popup box that says , you're office, please check your internet connection and try again, even though I am connected via wifi. When I try to refresh it the same thing happens. Also I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but still get the same error. No problems with other apps.
Hmm yeah it should have updated the app to the latest version on delete/reinstall. Very strange. I think you can see the version you have installed if you search for Lightbox in the App Store on the device...scroll to the bottom under Information (should be 2.4.3)
Which model iPhone are you using? And can you let me know which version you're running (look in bottom left of hamburger nav menu)

Thanks. I suspect it may have been after the most recent IOS update 11.1.2, as that seems to be around the date it stopped working.
Lightbox is working fine on Apple TV 4K here

Still not working here. :(
Lightbox Support got me to delete the app again and power off the Apple TV.
Then reinstall and try again but didn’t help.
Don’t even get the login screen, just stuck on the yellow title screen with the spinning wheel.
