PSLog: Hmmm.... doesn't look good
Have been waiting on their online chat to respond for 5 minutes, so far.
Not hopeful.
you could try posting to their Facebook page. They seem quite responsive on there.

FAN PASS
PSLog: Overnight I have rebooted none of my devices, including the router, and this morning I can suddenly cast OK from PC as well as my phone.
FanPass say they have done nothing to their system.
So - who knows what the problem was? - we seem to be all go.
Will buy my month fanpass tomorrow :-)
