The website is live. Not sure if watching anything works as I don't have an account. Seems a lot better for finding things quickly on-demand.

I got that too, but that email told me I won’t be able to cancel the pass during the update time, they said I will still be able to access all live and on demand content which is a lie

It doesn’t matter what I want to watch, I paid for the service so I should have the right to consume any content and I was told that the update won’t impact me accessing the content via that update email..

Yes. An email that makes no mention of a tv outage on the 22nd.
The app upgrade is supposed to be on the 23rd and the email says in most cases it will be automatic.

Any live show I select goes to the start by default which is great.
There's then an option to then "watch from live". That's more logical than spark imo, as I had a few instances where the watch from start option never showed and I would be shown the game score 60 minutes in.

I can skip forward to catch up but there's no time indicator to let me know how far behind I am or how fast I am skipping forward. It appears to be a 30 second skip if I time it by the game clock.

Highlights look simpler to find as they are sorted by sport. Premier League is sorted into matchdays as well.

I had to remove the app from my phone, and reinstall it, had no updates available. Once reinstalled, seems to be working well.

Pretty mind boggling why they wouldn't do this update  during the week. Seems like the main issue is people phones/devices haven't automatically installed the updates.
101 in app development is you can never control what is on the users phones. Really needed to be mid-week so they could communicate this better.

Scheduling it just before a man United Vs Liverpool game is certainly an oversight.

But Tuesday is pretty midweek...

The big EPL games are normally always Monday mornings, if not Sunday mornings.
