jjnz1:

The monthly price is wrong too. Is your Apple Store in USD?

Just tried with my AppleTV and the price is $399.

I thought that may have been the case, but if you look underneath it gives the right price for the upcoming increase .
$449

I think one bit of that is maybe the App Store pricing being currency adjusted, the other bit is just free text from Sky. I've seen this kind of issue in other apps on iOS before.

Only within 24hrs of it being streamed live. There's the 24hr rewind via the guide and no other way to watch it "on demand".

I'm seriously thinking about going to SSN now for a year before the increase the prices next year. Kayo keep taking down the DNS4Me servers that I just can't rely on it. When I wake up in the morning and go to put the golf it's a lottery if it will work or not. Even now Kayo has been off-line since Thursday night and still not back up. The guys at DNS4Me do a great job but every time they stand up a new server it just gets taken down again.

Your prices don't seem right. The annual pass now id $399 going up to $449 next week on the 1st July.

Use code SEARLEY10 and it makes it $360

Thanks heaps

Trying to watch now, but it keeps asking me to subscribe.

I can watch it on the iPhone on the page. I used to subscribe today, but when I try to mirror just as a blank screen and low sound.
Is it crippled by default?

Was definitely logged in, logged out and back in again. Deleted the app and reinstalled which said it would delete all the data.
I’ve noticed it has an old email address that I used for a trial and not the one I signed up with. and I don’t see any way to change it.

I’ve emailed sky.

Depending on the device you are using the logout is in the menu somewhere. Just logout and log back in with the correct email.

After various logout and logins , password changes it is now working.
Very underwhelmed, so far, trying to navigate the guide is atrocious keeps exiting ,
going past what you want, and if you’re too slow, you’re watching the wrong thing.
Tried watching something and after about five minutes, a Message popped up saying you are using this on another device, definitely wasn’t. I have the app on my TV but it was not activated
Rinse@ repeat the process then have to go back and start again.
Started watching the golf, can’t see how to fast forward say 30 minutes or so
Pressing the middle button shows a sort of faded blue dot/ bar .A couple of times I pressed again the blue dot turned bright but straight back off again immediately.
Surely there must be a way to fast forward more than 15 seconds at a time

Just checked on my phone, fast forward works as it should just not on Apple TV.
Noticed another thing ,the last night and just now on the Guide, it says US Senior open but it’s something entirely different was either AFL or the PGA is this a normal occurrence of the guide being incorrect?

Apple TV can scroll, but it is not intuitive. You need to pause, then arrow up and then scrub with the middle button. Very hard to go forward to back only a couple of minutes

As above, you can scroll on the Apple TV. Just and extra button press or two.

The guide is usually fine, there has been weather delays at the Senior open so it was probably just playing something else while play resumed.

Thanks for your replies ,
I have multiple apps on here and scrolling works on everyone.
Including sports,Spark ,Kayo, Peacock,NBC etc, nothing I could do, would make it budge.
I’ll try again tonight, maybe delete and reinstall the app
Cheers
