I've had some very low quality streams from skysportnow on chrome/windows10 (fairly dated hardware but I don't think thats the issue)

I also get youtube downshifting to low quality (despite having decent broadband) but with youtube at least it was easy to manually set it back to HQ

Today I found

1)skysportnow works much better in microsoft edge.

2)After some googling I also tried disabling IP6 and I think this fixed the problems in chrome too

Well that was weird.

After contacting support, my IP address was added to their block list.

Removed and everything back to normal. 

No real reason why. To many failed login's? but not from me.....

Mine did this yesterday morning on both the Apple TV and my phone, I moved from Wifi (which has manual DNS servers) to cell data and it worked, but moving back to Wifi I still had the same issue. However by the time I got home from work it all worked fine, so perhaps someone had flicked a switch at Sky HQ, otherwise - weird

Hmmm - That'll be interesting - Maybe they implemented a new security platform of some sort and ballsed it up or perhaps this is a sign they are going to start attempting to take action on what they perceive as account sharing. I was mainly at home on a static IP but sometimes I watch at a friend or family members and sometimes on 4G/5G. Its already a pain as I watch on 4 different platforms (Web, IPAD/Iphone, Apple TV and Google TV) and its a PITA that often I go to watch and its signed out. 

Hopefully just a small blip of a fault....

Mine did this again this morning. After spending 5 mins going back and forth, I remembered your post about IP blocking, and sure enough that it what happened, so no idea what's going on. They removed it from the blocked list and now it's fine. Might be something that happens from time to time now.

Ive had Sky Sport Now for 2 months and wondering is there a way to search for upcoming sports or events. 

Example if I use the search box in app or web based for "UFC". It will tell me there is a PPV one in a few weeks and a list of random related videos to UFC. But no mention of the live event on this Sunday which is on Sky service. 
From what I can see there is no way to search for upcoming sports or events in the TV Guide of the app. Is this correct, or am I missing something. 

Surly there is a way to find times and dates for upcoming sports or events. Or ill certainly not be renewing sup next year.

I brought a SSN pass today for Bathurst (first time since 2023) and I believe the picture quality is much better than I remember from last time, it’s been comparable to what Satellite offers. Also noticed the little “play” icon next to the Sky Sport logo isn’t there so wondering if they are using the same stream as what Sky Pod gets?

Only had 1 time earlier this morning I needed to restart the stream, has been solid all day.
