Is there a chance Sky can increase the amount of chanels you can record at one time. I know currently its two but with the amount of channels and a big hard drive like My Sky + i find often there can be 3 shows on some evenings I want to record.

Its the main reason why I wont get SoHo as I would like to see Game of Thrones but I am out that evening and already have two shows I record at same time on other channels. So only way I can see it is downloaded via web.

Is it a limit with the technology or just Sky TV. Cause they would get more money from me and I would be willing to get more channels like SoHo if I could record more shows at once. But currently I dont see the point in having more channels if I cant record what I want.

On SoHo find the repeat recording. With recording clashes i record stuff on soho/movies etc thats repeated early in the morning or any other times. Premiers always seem to be around the 8.30 slot which clash with other channels.

Record a later screening - it doesn't really matter if you record the "live" screening, does it?

Ok maybe bad example. But lots of shows expecially on free to air channels dont have replays.

I just think it would be a nice feature to be able to record more.

The device has four tuners in it. The first two are dedicated to recording what you want, the third is dedicated to the current channel being viewed, and the fourth is dedicated to recording on-demand content (pay per view) to the reserved section of the hard disk so that you can watch them from the beginning when you buy them no matter when the last showing started.
