Hi guys

Would like to tell you all that SKY TV's Android app is now online, I have been testing this thing for a few months and it just went to the market this morning :)

Enjoy

Any idea when this app, and the iOS version, will get the ability to use Series Link?

Way cool and very handy!
It would be nice if it was fully featured but it doesnt need to be. It is simple and easy to use. Ideal for any last minute additions to the viewing lineup whilst mobile :)

Checking the Sky EPG was the only thing I really used the family iPad2 for. Now that it works on my ASUS Transformer and HTC DesireHD I dont have to wrestle the iPad away from them to check things. Some say "about time" for the Android App but I prefer to look at it from the Mainland Cheese ad point of view that good things take time. (Cue music and Android robot walking past the Mahinapua Pub).

Stumbled across this app last night and downloaded it. It doesn't seem to be as "rich" as the iOS version, but works fine and does everything I need.

Great, as I found it almost impossible to view the program guide at all on the full Sky website via my Sensation.

thank you, eventually got there.

Any word on an android/iOS iSky app for actually viewing the content?
(or a Sony Bravia app similar to the Quickflix one- that would be sweet as plugging my laptop into my Tvis a royal pain at the moment?)

If you have two MySky decoders does it let you choose which one to send the recording to?

Yes. But they are not named in the app the same as on the web interface. Mine says "Mysky Hdi" and "mysky" or something along those lines. I don't know what happens to all those rich people out there who have two or the hdi's.....

It is great to browse! I just wish the web interface was a quick at browsing as the app is!

You can assign names of your choice to each of the boxes

How do you do that? I can't seem to edit them on the app on my phone.....
