We have moved house and I am able to sky up and running in the lounge. However I wanted to see if I could get it up and running in the media room. When I connect it in this room the mySky HDi box has a red signal light on the front and the T100 no signal error message. Does this simply mean that that the connection in this room is not connected up to the sky dish?

Yes probably. Can you see a dual or quad lab on the dish? If so is there more than one cable running from it? If it is a single can you see a splitter. Sky run cables outside the house normally so if the outlet is connected to the dish you should be able to see the cable run

tkr001: It probably means you need to alter your lnb settings. Cyril7 posted a "how to" , search for it

But he said it worked in the lounge. To me that means the second aerial socket i the media room is not connected to the same dish. . Or any dish for that matter.

Edit: Added comment.
