Yes it is possible on android. I watch it all the time on my galaxy s3 and now on my nexus 7. You just need to get flash installed and then use a browser which supports flash (i use dolphin hd)
Flash is no longer 'officially' supported on Android, so you can't download it from the Play Store. It can still be done though... just Google "sideload flash on Android"
Links for the files can be found at the XDA link at the bottom, these files are safe.
Edit: the only problems you will run into are:
1) the login screen for isky can be a bit tricky usually you can't see what your typing into the boxes 2) when you go to play the live stream you may not get the video, only the sound. Where the video is supposed to be you will see giant player controls. To fix this you need to change the "user agent" in dolphin settings to "desktop". After this you will be away :)
No problem! Very handy to have isky on the move, ive watched quite a few Breakers/Warriors games on 3G when ive been out and about. With MHL it gets even better, ive taken my S3 around to a mates and we watched it on his lcd tv, he was rather impressed.
Not quite usb to hdmi.. its microusb to a hdmi adapter. You just need the MHL adapter then its plug and play.. connect the MHL cable to your note, the hdmi from the note to the tv and then the phone does the rest.
Note: it has to be a 11pin MHL cable. There are two types, just make sure the one your after mentions 11pins, and or that it works with the galaxy s3 / note 2.
