Has anyone managed to get a harmony remote to control a IGLOO box? I've been trying to setup a Harmony 525 remote. I used the DT840INZ device in the Logitech database and all works fine about from the Power On/Off. The IGLOO box IR light flashes when the power toggle is sent from the remote but it does not turn the box on or off. I have tried relearning the Power Toggle button from the IGLOO remote but still no luck. Any ideas?

Use the custom learn functions  build into the remote/software

Remember you are not bound to finding your exact model (infact learning remotes often finds better.. replacing single push input buttons with direct input assigned ones)

It will either replace the database one you chose with something more suited, or it will let you assign the learnt function as the on/off button

Either devices - Learn IR

or

Settings - Confirm infrared commands.

And keep confirming them. The first thing it asks for is the power toggle button.

The other thing to do is change the pause timing in the advanced options. You might find its txing it too slow and turning it on/off in the same step. This is the same thing that causes sky remotes to double step channel change

Finally solved the problem. Had to select Custom in the Learn IR commands and re-learn the power toggle button in RAW mode. All works well now.
