Hi

We're doing some renovations and need to move the Sky dish. I was planning on doing a private install (using a technician, not me) so I can get it put exactly where I want and installed to a standard I want.

What are the current standards for Sky dish installs these days? A while ago they were running 2x RG6 from the dish. Is this still the case? Anything else I should be aware of?

Cheers!

Jonathan

Not a reply, but a closely related question: do Sky and Telstra/Vodafone use the same cable for input to their respective boxes (MySky and T-Box)?

We are changing from the dreadful T-Box to Sky, and want to avoid doing a lot of in-house rewiring if possible.

Thanks!
