Hi there

We noticed yesterday that the series links on MySky had all disappeared, and we had to reset them.

Today we can see that is seems to be recording something, as the record light is on, but it doesn't look like the program being recorded is in the My Sky menu. We can't select anything. It's only showing yesterday's, but nothing today.

We've switched the box off and on again, but the recording light came straight back on and there is still nothing in the menu.

Anybody else seeing a similar problem?

Thanks
Brett

No problem here either. You may want to try pushing the the red reset button under the front cover before you give them a call, as that is probably the first thing they will get you to do. Closely followed by removing all power if that doesn't resolve it.
Additionally, can you actually hear the hard drive spinning? I have had a mysky hdd fail on me, but I can't remember the exact symptoms, but not being able to access existing recordings or do live pause may be a good indication.

Thanks everyone.

I ended up deleting a bunch of Series Link programmes, which did nothing. Eventually I tried "old faithful" - unplugged it, waited, and plugged it back in.

Seems to be working properly now - it's recorded a couple of programs as expected.

Thanks for your help

Brett
