Just did the Sky customer survey. If you are asked to do it I would recommend you answer it.
It was a revelation of how I actually feel about Sky.
My main griefs are bad picture quality, lack of HD-channels (I don't do the sport and movie channels) and the horrible EPG.
Other problems (luckily not something I have to deal with every day) were things like their very 90s solution of having to send in credit card information by post - no way of signing up online with your credit card.
And value for money? I pay around 65 dollars a month for 50 channels, of which I might watch 6. Compared to the UK is highway robbery http://www.sky.com/products/tv-packs/entertainment/
