I have contacted the help desk and they have said "As I mentioned before as a helpdesk we do not support Smart TVs yet so we are not trained in the ins and outs of each type of system. I suggest you look up on the internet: your model and DNS server settings. There is information out there about how to do it."
"It is company policy at this stage to support Windows and Mac OS systems and also our apps".
We are using XTRA as our server, I have tried changing DNS Server settings with no change. I asked whether they can take the matter any further than the help desk and now get no reply....the issue status is now showing as 'solved'!
Is anyone able to suggest any fixes or are we just stuck with a company that doesn't appear to support modern technology with their 'new' systems??
