Hi all

Is anyone else experiencing issues with SkyGo today?
I am trying to watch the 2nd test NZ vs India but it keeps telling me "the selected item is not available". I have tried all the other channels and a different browser with no success.

Is there some sort of status page or something?

Cheers

Just tried it and it seems to be OK which is more than I can say for the score. Jeezz those Sky promo ads are getting longer. 1 minute now..

SkyGo is very glitchy. I often get what you do and also the video freezes and but the audio keeps going. A refresh of the browser tends to fix the problem but it will often happen again and again. I would have thought that the bugs would be ironed out by now. The iPad app also exhibits similar problems.

I'm starting to think its a ploy to get users to refresh all the time so they have to watch the annoying 30 second commercial before you can watch the live sport!

I don't think so :(. maybe through Chrome but there is at least no native apps that I'm aware of

Getting constant Stream Concurrency Limit Reached errors this afternoon. When I refresh the page and try again it tells me I'm already streaming it on another device. Rinse\repeat.

Was working fine this morning... glitchy indeed!

Concurrency errors for me as well as the aforementioned video freezing and the "this content is not available". Usually only get one so they have really stuffed it up today. The old iSky never had these issues.

I found logging out and then back in again seems to sort this problem..

Which problem though? If I log out between times I don't get told I'm already streaming, but I usually have to sit through all the ads again when I log back in. The Limit Reached error was still happening regardless.

I'm resorting back to the CricInfo site for text commentary only.

It's interesting if you login and see what your devices are. I find that they are PCs which I have access SkyGo with Chrome browser but my laptop that I have only accessed via Firefox is not listed..

I do occasionally also login and then get logged out before I can access Skygo and have to log back in again.. The worst was at the weekend when Chrome did a update and then when I tried to play anything I got a Flash DRM can't play this message. If you get this,  this link explains how to fix it

Flash DRM fix

You can only have two devices registered now so it's probably a very short list ;-)

Edit: either way though, SkyGo seems to be working fine for me today.

Edit 2: What in Gods name would possess me to say that out loud!? Stream Concurrency Error, Limit Reached... ffs.

I just think it's generally poor.

Can't watch much live anything without issues at some point.

Catch up seems to work OK, though.

I don't know if anyone from Sky watches this forum but just in case Sky made any changes before yesterdays epic 5th day of the cricket test and wanted some feedback - I watched for 2 hours yesterday morning and during that time had 3 bouts of buffering... that was it. Worked extremely well.

This is on the same MacBook Air, same Chrome browser, same WiFi and internet connection that was constantly throwing me out on Monday (and most previous attempts I should add).
