The SkyGo app had an update on the 27th, and sure enough it states you can register a 3rd device now. A small yet very helpful change.

I still think this is absurd.

If they wanted to go down this route, they'd be better off just to restrict the account to one single connection.  I like to jump around devices and this really p1sses me off.

I agree, although they will want to stop users loaning it out like iSky.

3 is bearable. For me, thats my iPad Air, rMBP, and one spare that I guess I can use on my 5S. For a family, 3 isnt enough, they need to find a way to add more devices while authenticating them to the genuine user

I agree, and they also restrict each account to a single connection. Can only view on one of three devices at a time per account.
