BigHammer: Tried a Restart/Clear Cache/Usual stuff?


Don't want to do a clear cache because the next time I watch something, Lightbox might thing it is a new decive.  =-(

BigHammer: What about just logging out and back in again?


Tried that, did not work.  In fact, there was a moment it keeps logging off and on by itself (for 30 seconds or so).

Out of curiosity, did you have a look at the help section? This is number 5 so it wouldn't have been that easy to miss.

Flickky: Out of curiosity, did you have a look at the help section? This is number 5 so it wouldn't have been that easy to miss.





I tried this last night, and it did not work. 
When I opened the browser, I was still logged in, and had the same issue. 

Tried to go to settings, and asked for my password, entered it and got the token error.
Clicked logout, spinner came up, but didn't log me out.

Eventually cleared the  cache / cookies etc, logged back in - same errror.


I had been watching earlier in the evening.

Anyone having problem with Lightbox now?  Took ages to logon.  After that, when I try to play Breaking Bad S4E13, I got the same token missing error message again.

Did try to log off, closed browser, and logon again but it didn't help.

This is getting a bit frustrating.  =-(
