Recently started experiencing issues with the second room decoder, it is the older pace sky box. It has recently started only showing the current program and the one after it using the question mark on the remote. If I go into the full list, everything shows as currently unavailable. The main decoder (MYsky unit) is OK and after calling support and doing the usual unplug/remove card, wait, shake left leg and wink right eye, the issue still persists.
A replacement decoder is on its way, however, my neighbor and another couple of friends have also remarked about theirs doing it.
This decoder is off when the TV is not being used as a second sport/kids decoder and I was wondering if this could contribute although the others leave theirs on full time.
Checking to see if I missed anything about an update or if the EPG is going EOL? Not a major as I use the Sky app, just interested to see if anyone else is experiencing it
