Tried to access lightbox tonight, but can't access it at all. Other websites load fine. Anyone else having trouble?

I think when reporting these kind of problems adding ISP would help track down things too.

We did have about 45 minutes of downtime yesterday evening. Exactly why this happened is still being investigated.

 Thanks, yes that does correspond. I am having the same problem again tonight, so I suspect it is related. This time it just freezes on login., with please wait...

Actually their website help page now has a message on it that it is having technical problems. It says there are long load time, but it is basically down as videos get stuck a black screen with the message 'loading video...'
