Is anyone else having issues streaming this today?
I'm running it on my desktop on 200/200 fibre connection and the stream keeps buffering or stopping completely.
I've watched quite a few CWC games and I've had significantly more issues today than with any other world cup game so far.

Yeah, not to good today.

Probably with everyone watching it from work. People should start logging off and head home soon.

I thought Sky moved the service to Akamai (or something similar) to avoid this problem?

Mine has significantly improved since about 15mins after I posted, possibly the work crowd going home as someone else suggested.

Yeah it was useless today.

Hilarious that i can VPN to hong kong and use a starsports.com subscription, to get a perfectly consistent 720p HD stream, instead of the potato that is sky go. Sky really is pathetic.

Skygo through the browser is flash based, I believe i-devices dont run flash, so the apple app must be using a different format. I wouldn't be surprised if thats part of the issue.
I can stream 4k off youtube so its not something at this end.
