Wimbledon ONE has appeared as Channel 15 on my Freeview UHF TV but I cannot tune to it on my mother's IGLOO set top box?

Any ideas please?

Thank You.

Sorry I can't help, but no doubt it will be in SD not HD which makes watching tennis a horrible experience.

@rlevis
Did your post have a point?

@mgc54
So the channel doesn't show up:
- even after tuning a TVNZ channel?
- even after rebooting the Igloo box?

Igloo uses the same service information as Freeview, so there's no reason why the Igloo box shouldn't be able to find it. Perhaps try calling Igloo (Sky).

Thank You for your suggestions mm1352000, so far I have only retuned the STB without any success. I will try a reboot and report back.

Freeview devices only guys, unless Igloo has approached Freeview about unlocking the channel for their platform too

Tried a reboot, no joy. TY for your reply joshhill96. Unless anything changes looks like we wont be getting this channel on IGLOO.

Seriously!?!
Igloo does say on their website that all the free channels would be available, and it's not like they're rebroadcasting or anything...

Well it works on my PC Tuner Card and that's definitely not Freeview approved.
