For ages I've noticed the sound quality of TV3 via sky through my Denon receiver is a lot poorer than any of the other channels. It sounds a lot more muffled and the speakers sound like they are distorting or vibrating when there is deeper bass on music. The receiver says the signal is Dolby digital and the settings on the amp are exactly the same for all the sky channels so I have no idea what could be causing it. It's like audio on TV3 is different to any of the other channels, perhaps more compressed, I don't know. Just wondering if anyone else has found this?.

Agree.

I have a hearing problem (AKA old age) and channel 3 is much harder to hear than the rest (at the same volume).
