Hi

Can someone give me some assistance in how to update the mysky+. I followed the instructions (see below) but it just does not work for me.

1) Press Back (i.e. curly arrow back button) and Select buttons on the front of the box.
2) The Mysky+ powers down and restarts. The box powers down a second time and restarts.
3) After the second restart, as soon as the Blue light appears I press Power, Up Arrow, Dn Arrow and Power. Each button is pressed individually (so four keypresses) and I only use the buttons on the front of the box -  not the remote.

What I end up with is the Mysky+ just starting up in normal mode and not updating!

What am I doing wrong?

Cheers Mike

Thanks Spyware. Are you saying that I apply the Power, Up, Down, Power sequence after the first reboot and not the second reboot?

Cheers Mike

when it reboots the FIRST time the blue rings lights up do nothing, the second time the led ring illuminates is when you press the Power, Up Arrow, Dn Arrow and Power buttons on the front of the unit
