My Sky on demand feature has stopped working.

It shows the "box office" but that is it no other downloads show.

I have tried a Hardreset of the my sky unit but nothing happens.

Will phone up sky in the morning but wonder if any one else is having this issue.

Bit disappointing considering the amount we pay to Sky each month.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

Out of interest, older Thompson router is it? or Vodafone hub  SerCommSHG1500?

When it happened to me I just unplugged the sky link, then plugged it back in. Power plug.

That fixed it, easier then setting wifi up again.

It hasn't happened since the latest Sky update.
