I am having problems using the Sky Android app to set my Sky HDi to remote record since the software upgrade late last year. I can go to the app, find the program in the guide, click Record, then I get this (badly worded) message:

Request sent
The remote record request sent to box, please check your box as there may be conflicts or the even may not have been received.

But since the software update last year (with the new UI, OnDemand, etc.) I have never had a program actually record when set remotely via the app, whereas I never had one not record before. Has anyone else noticed any problems, or is it just me?

I've had no issues, but maybe you could try removing the smart card linking from your account & re-adding? (through the website)

That's the identifier which they end with the request I think.
