I am having problems with sky box office and selecting a movie.
The software is not responding and selecting a movie and pushing the select button does nothing.
All other aspects of my sky works.
Using the new sky software.

I've got my sky HSu box connected via Ethernet to fibre.

 

My problem was trying to buy movie kept givingv 033 or 34 error.

 

Emailed them and was told yesterday that movies were blocked on my account for some reason which they say will be fixefbin 24hrs.

If you are doing a ppv you need to press box office then press select, move to the move and RECORD TO PLANNER.

Go to planner find movie and the ppv will be there, also will before you play it show the price.



For ondemand

Press box office, down to ondemand into movies etc, find the movie you are after press select. If it says download, press this and it will download it and let you know when it is ok to view.

If it says "upgrade subscription" then you don't have movies (obvious but I am just covering my base).
