I've had a number of instances recently where our Sky MS box, with the upgraded software etc, has ceased recording things long before they have actually finished.
There's plenty of space on the machine, so it isn't running out. Anyone else had that?

i havent had that problem but i add 20 minutes to the end of every recorded program for that reason.
Common sense is not as common as you think.
I notice the new mysky software can only add 10mins now.
Check all your settings. You might find some were reset to default.
Had someone at work mention that yesterday... everything he recorded using the phone app ended at 36 minutes.
Ugh, everywhere we look there are bugs. Apple, Sky, Dish 2200. My fruit frees as well.

That could be it - I often do hit record in the iPhone app as I am browsing the listings.

Between this, and the unreadable menus etc, I am starting to wonder whether Sky actually test any of this stuff before they roll it out?
I don't have that problem, in fact I can record 3 shows at once!
But the decoder is SLOOOOOOW ... like a Pentium 4 ...
Yup even the new test firmware (After the R99 version) is slow. Not as bad as R99 but still a pain.
