How do I remove my account.

They have done nothing but spam me from day 1, despite me unticking this, and despite emails from "support".

And I can't find how to get out of it, stop subscription doesn't cancel this rubbish.

I don't think it's "spam" for the purposes of the DIA Spam reporting, as there's a commercial relationship - unless there's no unsubscribe link on those emails.

Is there an Unsubscribe link on those emails?

Yes I am a Spark customer.

It is spam because

1)I unticked receive spam in the first place

2) I have unsubscribed twice

3)My settings show no spam but it continues to come.

Weird, because I'm a Lightbox customer and I didn't opt out of any emails, but I'd say I get less than one a month - hardly flooding my inbox. Perhaps you should opt back in - it might reduce the number of messages you get?

Hi everyone

Just a quick note on this issue.

All our customers get introductory emails and have a chance to opt out. We are currently working through a glitch that causes a delay when a customer opts out from our email lists, which seems to be what happened here.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Of note, I received an email yesterday for Preacher, but it's the first promo email since May 6th.
