I have recorded the game (NZL v WAL) and the AUS v ENG games. In the program guide they show an R in RED. There is a RED light in the middle indicating it's recording, but the planner shows neither game! 

 

 

 

I tried powering off (not removing power completely). No difference. 

 

 

 

Any ideas? Concerning is that Sky is having "high call volumes". 

 

 

 

If they screw up the AB's first game of the year, there will be rioting!

You will probably have to do a hard reset, (hold down red button behind front flap until it resets).  I've had this happen from time to time and that fixes it.

I can't get on, but that is my fault, my mate is using it to watch the rugby and I am out!

Worked perfectly for us tonight. Not a stutter at all, no issues logging in... it just worked (unlike our sky box which has been dead since we cancelled 3 weeks ago with one week still to go on the account now... but that's a different story).
