This is what a friend is thinking of installing, Will this suit a mysky application over rg6?
I just don't deal with DVB-T so I have NO idea. Looks like it will but just covering bases here.
Any options or opinions noted.

Should do the job just fine but may not follow LCN (Logical Channel numbering) so it may appear as channel 800 or higher on an NZ Freeview TV
I'd be interested to know how well this works. Looks pretty well priced to other modulators I have seen (ie. the ones available in NZ).
I'd like to know if it gives you an option to name/number the output channel (so that a scan on a TV would pick it up and name it)?
It appears from the reviews online that you can set the LCN independently from the modulating frequency.
Will be interesting to see how TV's interact with this modulator along with off air Freeview DVB-T on the same RF feed if the OP intends it to operate like that?
Most Freeview approved devices in NZ ignore the LCN setting and place them from channel 800 onwards!
I speak from experience!
Only the MTV3700 puts them where I tell them.
No TV (Sony / Samsung / Veon) or the DishTV boxes I have do!
