Does Neon support Chromebooks? I figured its like any web browser but I cant get it working on my Dell Chromebook.

Loads up menus fine. But wont actually play video. Just displays black screen where video should be. I have no issues via Chrome on my windows PC.

Neon use Flash. Chrome has a built-in version of Flash. On a Chromebook, you can't install a different version as Flash only runs on Windows and Linux...and is deprecated anyway.

The Neon FAQ is here: http://neontv.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2933/c/666

I have a Chromecast on my TV and used the Neon app on my Android phone. It's the cheapest way to get this to work (that I know of) if you don't have Windows.

That said....I cancelled my Neon sub last month because I almost never use it...and though they had Crown of Thorns, the video quality on Neon was *terrible* compared to just downloading it elsewhere in full HD. I figured I'd already paid to access it so had no ethical issues watching it by other means. I wasn't depriving anyone of money....but they were depriving me of the experience i'd paid for.

Yeah I use Chromecast on Android most of the time when watching. But when traveling or watching in bed nice to have on my Chromebook.

I agree, until now picture quality was unacceptable on a TV of even limited size. Anyway, just over the last week they're starting to offer some content in HD. We've watched "The Intern" and picture quality was good, almost as good as Netflix in full HD.

Anyway, after 3 years with Netflix I've cancelled it. Can't justify a subscription I use once a year to binge on House of Cards for a week.

They've got good docos but it's mainly crappy american series. On the other side, I'm enjoying Neon's vastly superior content (over Netflix/NZ at least) more and more, I think the price is justified, although we got it free for a year thanks to vodafone

Really... I think Netflix has way better library compared to Neon. There original shows are great.

Neon I find best to subscribe for 1 month. Binge watch 2-3 shows I want to, then cancel. Then repeat several months later.
