I have Ethernet connected so I would have thought I could use the remote to book but it seems not?

 

I don't have a home phone.

(Assuming you are talking about mysky)

You can book using Ethernet.

I have a mysky with Ethernet connection to home fibre. I had all sorts of hassles trying to get movies purchased. I could download on demand tv but couldn't buy movies.

Turned out I sky had turned off buy movies option.... Only found out and fixed using the "contact us" feature on sky website. The two phone reps were useless and didn't know anything...
