Can anyone help please?

Tried on Chrome, Edge & IE.  Video plays but there are no player controls.  Cant stop, pause, full screen etc. Browsers & Flash up to date. Windows 10

Searched Sky & google for a fix.  Havent found one yet.

I had the same problem - ad blocker was the culprit.
