Probably three people tried to use the service at once. Works fine at 4:45 am.

For my PC it was a flash issue, and I have always had problems running the app on my lg g2 so no surprises there

Yeah I get the same issue as the OP, logs in but no play button displays in the video window. This is Chrome 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 16.04LTS. Flash plugin is at the most recent stable version I believe, shows 25.0.0.127, but I think I'm right in saying that's embedded in Chrome.

Firefox works, but the video stream quality is really stuttery compared to what I was getting in Chrome only last weekend before it stopped working.

I had the same problem over the weekend - win 10 / chrome on a PC. It turned out to be a flash setting in Chrome. Check there and all will be resolved.

Could you be more specific as to what setting? I tried all sorts of things with flash settings in Chrome and nothing has helped.

It was under chrome/settings/advanced settings/content/flash     select the option to let sites run Flash.

Maybe a chrome update had changed the setting or maybe a win 10 update changed it?

I had similar issues using Chrome on a mac.

Clearing the browsing cache fixed it for me.

Cheers

You might need to choose "always allow" Flash for the site as it may be blocked by Chrome.
