Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has been experiencing buffering issues with Lightbox this week? I have been getting buffering issues while watching season 6 of Suits in the evenings.

I am on BigPipe fibre 100/20 connection (same issues with BigPipe DNS and Google DNS). No other activity on the connection and no issues when streaming off other website.  Bigpipe have told me my connection is working as expected as well.

Are you using any sort of DNS redirector If so then that is the problem. It mentions it somewhere on Lightbox. The only solution I can suggest is to invest in a Chromekey  and use your tablet on wifi which should get around the redirector.

I am using an Intel NUC (I3) running windows 10.

I have had no problems at all since I started using Lightbox over 6 months ago.

The only thing that has changed in my network setup is moving ISP from 2 Degrees to BipPipe

I got in touch with Lightbox support and they said they are currently having some issues with the Chrome Browser from their end, they are hoping to have a fix by Monday.
