Hi there

Continually having problems with the light box app on my Samsung ku7500 of that it keeps saying "opps looks like you are offline " when everything else on the TV works (eg Netflix).

It has worked on occasion but usually doesnt. Works fine on the iPad through the same network.

Any advice?

Sorry you're having trouble with this; we're aware of this issue and are fixing it in the next release, which should be out in a week or 2 (depending on manufacturer QA time).

Thanks very much. It gets fixed when you close the app and reopen but not if you keep it open.

Is like the app forgets you are logged in.
